General Shipping Terms:
- www.hcg24.com uses 3rd Party Shipping Services – located in Europe and Asia – to dispatch orders placed on this web site. We reserve the right to chose between these certified suppliers on our own account without notice, based on availability or products and proximity to buyers location.
- Billing and Shipping address can be different and are specified during the checkout process.
- Signature is required upon delivery for any listed shipping service above.
- Tracking will be updated through the website with notification to customers. Tracking info will also be found in the “My account” area on our website – once it was uploaded by us.
- Mail service will leave a note at the customer’s address, in case no authorized person was reached to sign for the shipment. If this occurs, packages will be stored in your local post office for up to 14 days max. It is the customer’s duty to make sure any shipments are picked up or post office is contacted for re-delivery.
- No orders are shipped out on weekends or public holidays.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for handling, preparation of shipment.
- Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to holidays or weekend in the shipping country, card fraud screening, invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- Any changes to your order (Cancellation, Address change) have to be submitted to us by email within 24 hours after your order was placed on our website.
- We are shipping to almost all 1st World countries/Continents, like: USA, UK, Europe, Australia, etc. See detailed list below.
- We do not ship to high risk countries, where the postal system is unreliable, like most African countries, incl. S. Africa. We also do not ship to Norway. Currently we do not ship to Canada.
- All our shipments are sent discreet and without indication on the content. Shipments are sent from non-corporate address.
- We will refund or reship your order if not arrived 30 days after our shipping confirmation.
- In case of Customs Confiscation, please provide scanned customs letter to us and your order will be refunded or re-shipped, as you whish.
- No Warranties are given on the weight loss capabilities of the shipped products.

Incorrect Shipping Info:
- In case you did not receive your Order 1 month after our shipping confirmation, please contact us for a free reshipment or a full refund to your Credit Card.
- We will correct any missing or broken products, please contact us by email.
- All Sales are Final. Sterile health products, like ours cannot be returned for a refund, either unopened or opened.
- No Warranties are given on the weight loss capabilities of the shipped products.
- Please make sure and double check your shipping address and zip code when submitting your order. No refunds will be given in case of customer’s error to specify the correct address. If you note any error after placing your order please send us an email within 24hours after placing your order with the correct address.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled with no charge within a period of 24 hours after they were paid for on our website.
- Contact us through email ONLY, and state your order number and name and that you intend to cancel your order. The charge incl. shipping cost will be cancelled.
- It can take several days or until your next statement until your card will be credited back for the purchase amount.
- Bank fees, transaction fees that incurred may be missing from the refund, and cannot not be refunded.
- Cancellation after 24 hours will not be accepted since orders would be already shipped out after that time period.
